Conditions were great this year for our winter hike in the Bog. 85 people joined us for the trek and a warm and filling chili potluck at the end of the walk.

Conditions were great this year for our winter hike in the Bog on February 2; an overcast sky didn’t seem to dampen spirits. Ice conditions were perfect and 85 people joined us for our trek to Long and Donut Lakes and back through the open string bog. After the hike we enjoyed a tasty, warm, and filling Potluck Chilli Dinner at the Field Station.
