Observing the Prairie in Seed
Saturday, November 14, 9:30am – Noon

Despite not having any motor abilities, plants are able to travel long distances and inhabit new environments with ease. Come learn how plants disperse their seeds with naturalist Danielle Bell. We will walk through the prairies at the Field Station to look at the many seed forms of prairie plants. Seed will be collected to take a closer look in the lab under dissecting scopes.
