Birding & the Signs of Spring w/ Liz Herzman

Enjoy a leisurely stroll through trails at Cedarburg Bog.  Search for the first signs of spring and the last of the winter birds.  Please bring binoculars and sturdy shoes for walking. 

Liz is the wildlife educator for the WDNR at Horicon Marsh.  She has worked in that position for 15 years and loves watching the changing of the seasons as each journey outdoors brings a new experience.  She is excited to explore the bog with you!

These classes offer a unique opportunity to explore focused topics in natural history under the guidance of noted authorities. Hands-on field and laboratory investigations teach ecology, evolution, use of taxonomic keys, and techniques.
