Event: DREAM TIME DOWN UNDER, A Monologue by Roger Kuhns
A journey that will take you through gold mining towns with their bars, brothels, and beer; to backwater Aboriginal villages where the diversity of nature and people intermingle through the basso droning of a didgeridoo. Discover the resilience of the human spirit and the imperatives of relationships in an ancient geologic cradle in this true story crossing dimensions, time and lives, that will warm your heart and tickle your funny bone.
Roger is a renowned geologist, story teller and world traveler. Roger teaches a week long workshop called Ecological Geology at the UWM Field Station. He’s a featured performer at a theatre in Door County every year and has performed this monologue and others in Minneapolis. Roger’s latest book and CDs will be available for purchase after the program. http://www.rogerkuhnsmonologues.com/
